Savvy & Strong exists to empower individuals through intentional movement, meaningful connection, and thoughtfully curated experiences. Savannah is hands down one of the best instructors I have ever experienced. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or seasoned, she truly makes everyone she comes in contact with feel comfortable and confident in their bodies. She reshaped how I look at fitness classes, how I treat and love my body, and taught me how to admire the physical strength I have while working towards growing it at the same time. 10/10 highly recommend any class she’s teaching at her beautiful new studio. 💕

MEET SAVANNAH TARAXACUM
Founder of Savvy & Strong, Savannah is an Atlanta-based wellness curator and movement professional known for creating immersive, community-driven wellness experiences that blend movement, recovery, and connection.
Through partnerships with The Union Fit Hub, Illuminarium Atlanta, and PVOLVE, she has led large-scale yoga and fitness activations throughout the Atlanta wellness scene, including immersive yoga experiences for audiences of 130+ attendees, recovery activations, corporate wellness programming, and private recovery-focused sessions during Masters Week.
Savannah also hosts fundraising events benefiting End Overdose Atlanta that raise thousands to support overdose prevention initiatives.
Her work is rooted in building accessible, high-energy wellness experiences that foster meaningful community engagement while creating impactful partnership opportunities for brands and organizations.
